Day 5 - I Won't Give Up
Well, day 5 is now complete.
I did Sean's workout first and inserted a back and bicep stretch between each set. Speed wasn't my motivator here; maintaining good form was. For the last sets of one arm rows I was feeling wobbly with the sandbag so I grabbed a 35 lb dumbbell and used it. And used 20lb dumbbells for the last set of biceps but could only complete 10 reps with good form. I'm happy.
I completed Lisa-Marie's gum drop of sweetness in 6:52. In all honesty, when doing the knee ups I find it much easier not to bring my feet to the floor.
